Changing your email password

Your password should be changed in two locations, one on the server and one in Outlook.

E-mail Server Names 

incoming POP3 server to "mail.c-i-service.com" 

outgoing SMTP server to "mail.c-i-service.com" 

Account Name: (use the entire email address example: john.doe@c-i-service.com) 

make sure to check the option for "outgoing mail server requires authentication"

Read you email over the WEB at: http://c-i-service.com/webmail/.  

Login/User name: Use your full email address example "login name@c-i-service.com"

Password: this was given to you when service was setup.
